Thanks to our ever growing customer base, our 24/7 Customer Service Team are always kept busy.

Following feedback from our team members, we began an expansion project of the department to ensure email and call response times stayed at our ever impressive levels and that our team could effectively complete all their tasks during their shifts.

The expansion is very nearly complete, with just one more team member to join, and I’d like to say a big welcome to all our newbies and thank you for all the hard work they are already putting in.

In other departments, we are still seeing continued growth from both our Marketing and Development teams, which means there’s always a new face to chat to in the kitchen when you’re making a cuppa. We’re so glad that we’re able to continue to enhance our team and are looking forward to all the new ideas each new member will bring – I just hope we don’t outgrow our new office too quickly!
